• 1 c. loosely packed mixed greens
• 2 sprigs cilantro
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup frozen mango
• 1/4 cup shredded coconut
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
• 1/2 c. coconut milk or favorite non-dairy milk
• 1 c. coconut water
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
• 1 tbsp collagen powder of choice
• 1 tsp. maca powder
• 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
• 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp. ginger powder

Method

 

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Add additional coconut water to create desired consistency.
